South-facing parcels in the piedmont terroir of 'Le Pré Milleref' and 'Chez Reydet'.

Soils:

The vineyard is planted on a soil composed of yellow marl but also of white marl and limestone scree.

Vineyard:

Sustainable farming, natural grassing and manual harvesting.

Vinification:

Gentle pressing for seven hours in a horizontal pneumatic press. Settling for 24 hours. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged 9 months on fine lees in ovoid concrete vats (2/3) and stainless steel tanks (1/3), followed by 10 months in bottle. Bottled under vacuum, without fining or filtration, with SO2 levels below 12mg/L.
