The terroir faces due south.

Soils:

The vineyard is planted on a hillside of red marl soils with red clay containing iron oxide.

Vineyard:

Sustainable farming, natural grassing and manual harvesting.

Vinification:

Gentle pressing for seven hours in a horizontal pneumatic press. Settling for 24 hours. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged 9 months on fine lees in ovoid concrete vats (2/3) and stainless steel tanks (1/3), followed by 10 months in bottle. Bottled under vacuum, without fining or filtration, with SO2 levels below 16mg/L.
