The vines on this parcel were planted in the early 1970s at an altitude of 450 metres in the south of the Ardèche.

Soils:

The vineyard is planted on clay-limestone soils.

Vineyard:

Organic farming, natural grassing and manual harvesting.

Vinification:

Indigenous yeasts are used, followed by 15 days of whole-cluster maceration. No punching down, pumping over or added sulfur. Pressing with a vertical press. Aged eight months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. SO2 levels below 12mg/L.
