Wineglobe

Since the 18th century, we have been entrusting wine to glass bottles. Because it's a neutral material, glass is known and recognized for harmonious wine aging and evolution.
1. For pure and and unadulterated expression
The purity and neutrality of the glass are at the service of a careful ageing to express the beauty of the grape. Indeed, the varietal aromas are protected and revealed in time allowing the wine to express its terroir, the characters of the grape variety and the work accomplished. By preserving the full potential of the wine, aging under glass boosts its aging potential. And to make wine, why use a material different from the one we choose for cellaring it… and drinking it?
2. Texture & polyphenols
The wine isn't still; it's lively and dynamic and evolves slowly without any decrease of its aromatic and flavor potential. It preserves its tannic strength and this is refined over time to give the wine finesse, elegance and mouthfeel.
3. No Reduction
In the total absence of oxygen addition during aging, no note of reduction is noted. The wines are open, fresh and bright.
4. Decrease in use of SO2
Thanks to the impermeability of the Wineglobe, the aging of wines allows a better efficiency of SO2:
- An increased stability of S02 doses, which allows the winemaker to reduce or even eliminate complementary doses
-
A lower combination rate with sulfites (ethanal, pyruvic acid...)
5. Enhancing the antioxidant character of wines
The Wineglobe was designed to be oxygenproof. This absence of O2 allows to preserve the antioxidant character of the wine. The wines are more resistant over time and conserve their original characteristics.
